Sakespeare Concert
If you find yourself in the vicinity of Hayes (near Bromley, Kent) on 26 June, just take a
gentle stroll down to Hayes Parish Church to enjoy Hayes Philharmonic Choir's Shakespeare
concert at 7.45pm (£5 admission).
Our conductor's ability to search out some wonderful musical gems is legendary: they
are accessible, but new to most listeners, and not too long - exactly right for midsummer.
This year they will follow a Shakespearean theme, and we are delighted to welcome back
Tony Wright-Jones of Hayes Players, who will complement the music with some spoken
Shakespeare, following his splendid readings in our Pitt celebratory concert last year. If you missed that, don't miss this one!
